oh yeah...kidman, another good thing about driving big 18 wheelers is you get to sample delisious foods from all over the country! And also the scenery of the country is always something to remember that brings back memories. I think trucking is a good thing any way you look at it. LOL!

Everybody likes those 379 petes. Where did yall run across country or up and down the coast? Yeah, petes don't just look good, but they run good, and the name even sounds good. Are they all built with caterpillar engines or do some petes come with detroit diesels? Hey kidman, don't forget to treat your uncle and cousin to a nice steak dinner this coming Sept.~August 2008, "Trucker appreciation Week" because "if we got it, a trucker brought it". LOL! That's how I say thanks to my trucker uncle.

I(ts all about image, respect and maturing out here!! I been driving 17 yrs now...The key to success out here is to choose good loads, dont be a super trucker and be relaxed...thats it..I hear guys complain all the time bout rates, money, miles etc...If you are smart out here you'll make good money!! I drive a 79' harvester cabover pullin a 42' flatbed and I dont have the flahy new truck but its about being financially wise out here!! WORK SMART NOT HARD!!You'll be just fine!!

Lmfao, Will do. (And no your not spam, I just accidently hit it and not Reply!) :D
farmerrayford (February 11, 2008 at 3:46 pm)
Hey! you're in here even as I speak, cool! I like Kenworths and the Pete 379's. This is the quickest reply that I've ever experienced in Youtube! Today I'm buying a brand new camcorder, and I'm heading out to truck stops to film Pete's and other muscle trucks. I used an ole digital cam in video mode to upload truck movies in the past, NOT GOOD. Now I'll upload better movies! Okay Eaglerunner, "keep the shiney side up, and the something, something other side down". LOL!(Am I spam to you? LoL!)

Freightbreakers?! LOL! You just may be right kidman. My uncle invited me on a short road trip some years ago in his ole "Freightshaker" pulling a 53 foot trailer full of Tropicanna orange juice in those half gallon glass juggs. We drove from sunset to sun-up the next morning, and when we swung the trailer doors open at the loading dock at the dairy,Orange juice poured out like Niagra Falls! We got soaking wet! It turns out that the "newbie" forklift guy back in N.J. didn't secure the load right.
