hi phototrucker, this ribbons are often seen in europe (went out of style a little last years), on this ribbons you can read things like (volvo, scania, and more stuff) some trucks are full of this ribbons drivers hardly see out the window (cop can fine you for this) this trucker is from spain as far as i understood at the end on cb - talk. "bien viaje !!)
