New accounts can be terminated for a full refund within 10 days of signup. Please notify us immediately at the email address below. Opened items can also be returned for a full refund if they are returned to us within 10 days of delivery. You must pay for the returned shipping and handling charges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at the email address below. Damaged or defective items must be returned to us. We will replace the item after we receive the returned product.

Credit Cards - Currently, Excell PDT accepts Visa, Mastercard & Discover payments via our website.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars only.
We will process your order as soon as your payment arrives.
Please do not send cash. Excell PDT is not responsible for lost money.

Types of Delivery:
Standard shipping.
We always process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
U.S. & Canada: orders can be expected to arrive within 7-12 business days.
Lost Orders:
Email us at the address below regarding lost orders. Lost orders will be re-shipped immediately.
Video Delivery:
Upon completion of payment, you will be granted access to view our videos immediately.
Undeliverable Shipment:
If your package was shipped back to us due to an incorrect address we will contact you with the provided email and resend the parcel only once without any charge.
